WUSME at the Africa Business Impact Forum

On 28 February 2026, WUSME had the honour of being represented at the 3rd edition of the Africa Business Impact Forum, held in Paris-Suresnes. On this occasion, Dogad Dogoui, Special Representative of WUSME, highlighted the organisation’s focus on the development of entrepreneurship in Africa and developing countries.

As sponsor of this third edition, Mr. Dogoui opened the forum with a compelling call to action for entrepreneurs everywhere: “Entrepreneurship is not only about making money, it is about creating impact.” In his speech, he emphasized the raison d’être of entrepreneurs: to have an impact on their environment and community.

The event brought together 120 participants around thematic roundtables covering human capital, financing and strategy, and agri-food industries. The day concluded with Get In The Ring — an international pitching competition that showcased a new generation of entrepreneurs determined to build value between Europe and Africa. Around fifty candidates presented their projects before a jury of experts and investors, engaging in strategic pitch battles where clarity, economic viability, and social impact were all under scrutiny. Beyond the competition itself, the forum distinguished itself through its educational approach: workshops, personalized coaching, and intensive training sessions helped participants sharpen their vision and communication.
