Clients have ranged from as small as a 4 employee entrepreneurial start-up to a 16,000 employee, multi-site logistics organization. Alan has over 35 years of direct industry experience.

Alan is a certified Quality Management System Lead Auditor both in the United States and Europe. Alan has assisted over 250 companies to effectively implement a variety of business improvement strategies including business process cost analysis and certification standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO.TS 16949, ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 14001.
