WUSME SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE – WUSME AMBASSADOR IN TUNISIA

Appointed WUSME Ambassador to Tunisia in 2018, and subsequently Special Representative in 2020, Dogad Dogoui is an expert in corporate communications and public affairs. He runs a platform bringing together more than 33,000 companies across 53 countries in Africa, Europe, Asia and the Americas.

He works with governments, public institutions and businesses on investment projects (debt and private equity), privatisation and economic development in Africa.

A pioneer in promoting economic diversity in France, in 1999 he founded Club Africagora, the first network of entrepreneurs from African diasporas in France, with branches in Belgium (2005) and Switzerland (2007). This network now has 3,000 former members from 33 African countries.

Invited in 2010 for a three-week visit to the United States by the US Department of State as part of the International Visitor Leadership Programme (IVLP), Dogad Dogoui is also the Representative for the Africa Region at EU-TRADE (Vienna) and Co-Chair and Board Member of the Africa-GCC Council (Dubai). Since 2012, he has been the founder and president of the Africa SMB Forum, a platform that connects African SMEs with clients, suppliers and service providers from around the world.

Dogad Dogoui was made a Knight of the National Order of Merit by the French Republic in 2008. He is also a Senior Advisor to the Certifive.co platform.
