With over 40 years of international experience, Dr. Lam is a seasoned expert in corporate management, strategy consulting, corporate governance, risk management, investment banking, and asset management. He is a passionate advocate for digital transformation, innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainable development, and international cooperation.

Dr. Lam holds numerous leadership roles across prominent institutions, including President of InvestAI Foundation, Chair of the UN ESCAP Sustainable Business Network Finance Task Force, and advisory positions at several Hong Kong-based organizations spanning finance, technology, real estate, and legal sectors.

A strong supporter of education and talent development, he serves on advisory boards at leading universities including the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, Lingnan University, and Durham University Business School, where he also holds adjunct professorships.

Professionally, Dr. Lam is a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong, an Accredited Mediator, and a Fellow of multiple distinguished institutions including CMA Australia, the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, and the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators.
