A senior multi lingual results-based management development professional with over 18 years of experience with the United Nations, in strategic development work in a multicultural environment, having worked across Sub Saharan Africa and in developing countries heading and monitoring multi institutional and multi stakeholder development projects, including skills development, entrepreneurship, supporting value chains and brands development for authentic products, responsible for program delivery, planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, resource mobilization, overseeing several consultants’ work simultaneously engaged in multiple projects, and with over 3 years of experience as an entrepreneur running a company in rural Tanzania in hospitality and agribusiness, an active member of the local business community in that capacity and in the capacity of the Butiama District Chairperson of the Tanzania Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (TCCIA), the Butiama Business Council Vice Chairperson, highly motivated and in constant search for innovative initiatives to support small and medium sized enterprises for economic development.
