WUSME AMBASSADRESS IN THE CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC (CAR)

A daughter of the Central African Republic, Mrs. Ouakondja Géraldine ZOUNGOULA KOKOUENDO has served as WUSME Ambassadress to the Central African Republic since 2019. A career civil servant in the French public administration and Senior Accounting Manager at the Finance Department of France Travail Île-de-France, she combines more than thirty years of institutional experience in the service of the State with a steadfast commitment to African development and the economic emancipation of women.

Holder of a Master’s degree in International Relations, Diplomacy and Governance (Continental University of Libreville, 2025, with High Distinction) and a doctoral candidate in rooted pedagogy, she is the founding president of ZAKA, an African infrastructure for the revelation and mobilization of talent — officially launching on 8 August 2026 — and of FODERCA, an investment fund anchored in the Central African Republic.

Long engaged in Central African public life, she served in December 2025 as President of the Paris polling station during the Central African presidential election. A founding member of the Mouvement Cœurs Unis and Executive Secretary of the MCU Paris 1 chapter, she also coordinates the Association La Femme et la Nouvelle Vision (A.F.N.V.), based in Bangui, and is the founder of the Chamber of Commerce of the Diasporas (CCDIA) and of the NGO JAD — Youth, Future and Development, dedicated to caring for street children in developing countries.

Recipient of the French Silver Medal of Labour (2021), Mrs. ZOUNGOULA KOKOUENDO works to channel private capital into the Central African economy and to build a national middle class through entrepreneurship. Her vision: to make Africa the author of its own institutional and economic narrative.
