
Forum of WUSME in Angola: “Sustaining the growth of SMEs for a strengthened economy”
July 27th, 2017 – “Sustaining the growth of SMEs for a strengthened economy” is the theme of the first Forum organized by WUSME in Angola. The initiative was held in the framework of the International Luanda Fair, organized by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Angola, upon initiative of Ms. Conceição Vaz Pedro, WUSME Ambassadress in Angola, who visited WUSME HQ of San Marino in May to meet WUSME President Gian Franco Terenzi.

Among the eminent personalities participating in the Forum, also the renowned academic and politician Professor Dr. Mario Pinto de Andrade, H.E. the Ambassador of Israel in Angola Dr. Oren Rozemblat, the CEO of the Chamber of Commerce Angola-EUA Dra. Maria da Cruz, and the General Manager of Banco Atlantico-millenium -Angola, Dr. Luís Esquível, all as key-speakers who highlighted the importance of the Small and Medium Enterprises in the global economy. The objective is to improve the context in which SMEs operate. In fact, SMEs need a simpler and more efficient legislative framework for a sustainable growth and to be competitive internationally.
