Forum of the Dialogue, San Marino ‘international crossroads’

REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO – 3th March, 2017 – The diversity in all its religious, social and cultural aspects, seen as value and resource and not as a discriminating factor. An issue particularly up-to-date which WUSME also is concerned about, as Partner Organization of the second edition of the Forum of the Dialogue, this year entitled “San Marino ‘international crossroads’. Dialogue with the religious, social and cultural diversities”, to be held on 3th and 4th of March 2017 at the Teatro Titano in the Republic of San Marino, with the Special Patronage of the Council of Europe and the General Secretary Thorbjorn Jagland.
On the occasion, leaders of different religions will meet to discuss, persons with disabilities will bring their evidence and caretakers for those socially excluded. Among the topics addressed during the Forum, also women empowerment, as engine of economic, social and political development. A principle highlighting the importance of employment in the labor market, actions in favor of women engaged in Small and Medium Enterprises through professional qualification, enhancement of education and training and achievement of equal opportunities and gender equality.
