WUSME participated in the AIM Congress 2024 and remembers Gian Franco Terenzi

On the occasion of participation in the AIM Congress 2024, we remember that May 20th marks the fourth anniversary of the demise of GIAN FRANCO TERENZI, Founder and historic Promoter of the WUSME Association which continues to carry out activities in support of MSMEs in the world.

WUSME participated in the ANNUAL INVESTMENT MEETING Congress 2024 (AIM Congress 2024), held in Abu Dhabi from 7 to 9 May 2024, as International Partner, actively contributing to the discussions focused on topics of interest and current issues for SMEs.
Mr. Dogad Dogoui, WUSME Special Representative and WUSME Ambassador in Tunisia, attended the Congress as Delegate and Speaker of the Organization addressing the topic “Customer-based challenges: Innovate to Captivate – The power of AI in custmer loyalty and retention”.
His speech focused on the change in customer services offered by SMEs, highlighting how AI tools for customer services (such as CHAT GPT for enterprises) have emerged as essential solutions to deliver efficient support through support tools such as software on NLP (Natural Language Processing), machine learning and generative artificial intelligence.
Artificial intelligence tools can help businesses predict customer needs or problems.
As a organization of SMEs with global reach, WUSME has the opportunity to gain international view on how customer service teams in enterprises uses or will use AI in the future.
