
WUSME AT COP30
COP30 opens today in Belém (Brazil), where WUSME will be present and contribute with a Side Event on November 18th and an Exhibit from November 17th to 20th, focusing on the global carbon market and how to ensure its integrity and cooperation to reach all sectors and key groups, such as small and medium-sized enterprises.
The Side Event will be held in collaboration with the European University Institute (EUI), the German Emissions Trading Association (BVEK), Tsinghua University – the Global Climate Change Institute (GCCI), and the Seoul International Law Academy (SILA), to address the topic ” Towards a global carbon market: how to ensure integrity and cooperation.”
The Exhibit will take place in conjunction with the Side Event from November 17 to 20, in collaboration with Tsinghua University, and will focus on the theme “Future global carbon market mechanism: path and cooperation to reach all key sectors and groups, such as SMEs.” The Exhibit will also be a space and opportunity for WUSME to welcome international delegates, share insights, and discuss collaborations.
