Meeting of the new Permanent Commission on Social Issues and Women Entrepreneurship

Republic of San Marino – July 22th, 2022 – The new Permanent Commission on Social Issues and Women Entrepreneurship of WUSME held its first meeting on July 22, 2022 to discuss the work for the upcoming months in particular areas of interest, such as climate change.

The new Commission, appointed by the Board of Directors on June 28, 2022, is composed by Dr. Pauline Crawford, as Chairwoman, Ms. Angeline Henzen and Ms. Sushma Morthania as Vice Chairs, and Members Mr. Diane-Monique Djanonhoun, Ms. Nukila Evanty, Ms. Bernadette Ouedraogo, Ms. Aye Aye Win and Ms. Barbara Terenzi as Observer.

On the occasion, the Members of the Commission preliminary discussed how women entrepreneurs are facing Climate Change in the different regions, also in view of the planned participation of WUSME in COP27.
